    Esalen Inspired Massage

Developed many decades ago in sunny California, Esalen Inspired Massage is a slow, flowing, and deeply nurturing style of body work that uses long, seamless strokes to create a sense of grounding and wholeness. Inspired by the rhythms of the natural world, it invites the body to unwind layer by layer, easing tension while encouraging deep relaxation and presence. This approach emphasizes connection, breath, and awareness, offering a meditative experience that restores balance to both the body and the mind.

    Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a gentle, flowing style of bodywork that uses gliding strokes, kneading, petrissage, compression and vibration to relax the muscles and calm the nervous system. It promotes deep relaxation, improves circulation and helps release stress and tension throughout the body. This approach encourages better sleep, reduced stress and a deeper sense of calm throughout the body.

    Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on releasing tension in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using slow, intentional strokes and sustained pressure. It's especially effective for chronic tightness, repetitive strain injuries and areas that feel ‘stuck’ or guarded. This work helps improve mobility, reduce inflammation and support healthier muscle function over time. When received regularly, it becomes a powerful tool for long-term pain management and overall well-being.

    Sports Massage

Sports Massage is designed to support active bodies by targeting the muscles and the movement patterns most affected by training and physical performance. It helps increase circulation, improve flexibility, and speed up recovery after workouts or athletic events.
